A. Virginia Thomas, Ph.D., brings over a decade of expertise in
instructional design, digital accessibility, and disability
services, specializing in accessible online learning,
postsecondary transitions, and high-stakes exam
accommodations.


With deep expertise in universal design for learning (UDL),
instructional design best practices, and accessibility
compliance (ADA, Section 508, WCAG 2.1), Dr. Thomas
develops eLearning experiences, training programs, and
micro-learning solutions. As a Section 508 Trusted Tester and
instructional designer, Dr. Thomas provides consulting
services to organizations ensuring that learning environments
are both effective and accessible.


In addition to working with organizations, Dr. Thomas
supports individuals navigating disability accommodations in
